Redemption of e-Gift certificates

Redeeming your e-Gift certificate could not be easier. Your e-wallet contains the current balance in US dollars of e-gift certificates/e-coupons that can be spent at Awakening. This balance is displayed as 'e-certificates'. You can spend as much or as little of your balance as you like.

Existing customers - please follow this step by step guide:

1. From the Awakening.org Web site, choose the item(s) you want and click on the 'Add to Basket' button or the 'Pre-Order' button.

2. When you have placed all your items in your basket click on 'Go to Checkout' - please note that you cannot use the 'Express Checkout' option for purchases with e-gift certificates.

3. As an existing customer, fill in your e-mail address and password, and click on the 'Sign In' button. Remember that the email address you use to Sign In must be the email address shown on your e-gift certificate. If it isn't, you will need to create a new account with this email address otherwise, for security reasons, you will not be able to redeem your gift.

4. Check your details and amend the shipping address if required. Choose your delivery preference (Complete or Immediate) before you select your required shipping method.

5. Click on the 'Redeem Coupons/Vouchers' button. You will see that the e-gift certificate has been automatically credited to your e-wallet. Simply enter the amount you want to use from your e-wallet towards the purchase and click the 'Pay and Submit' button to continue.

6. Check your details are correct, in particular your billing and shipping address. Then click 'Submit your order' to process your order using our secure server. If the total amount payable is more than the value redeemed from your e-wallet, you will need to pay the balance using a valid credit/debit card.

7. In addition to the on-line confirmation stating that we have successfully received your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming all the details and another e-mail when your items have been dispatched and are on their way.

 

e-Coupons

The information below relates to those customers who have already been awarded an Awakening e-coupon. Before you can make a purchase using your e-coupon, it must first be credited to your e-wallet. Your e-wallet contains the current balance in US dollars of e-vouchers/e-coupons that can be spent at Awakening. This balance is displayed as "e-certificates". You can spend as much or as little of your balance as you like.

To redeem an e-coupon

Simply click on redeem an e-coupon on the Awakening.org home page. If you are already registered with Awakening, please enter your e-mail address and password. If you are a new shopper, please click "new shopper" on the navigation bar at the top of your screen and fill in the required information. After you have logged in, please enter your e-coupon code exactly as it appears. This code is case sensitive. The e-coupon is then added to your e-wallet. By hitting "continue" you will be returned to the Awakening homepage. You are then free to make a purchase at any time, using any amount that you have in your e-wallet.

To make a purchase using the e-vouchers/e-coupons already in your e-wallet, simply place the items you want in your shopping basket by clicking on the "buy it" button next to the product. To complete your purchase you will need to be a registered shopper. If you are a new shopper, please click "new shopper complete purchase" and fill in the required information. If you are already registered with us please click on "registered shopper complete purchase" and fill in your e-mail address and password. After you have confirmed your shipping address and selected your shipping method, your e-wallet and current order value is displayed.

Below the current order value is the amount of e-coupons (in US Dollars) to be spent against this order. This value is automatically the full price of your order or the full value of e-coupons in your e-wallet, whichever is the smaller. By clicking on 'continue' you will be taken to the "Final Purchase Approval" page where you can complete your order. You may of course decide not to use any of your balance and pay the full amount of your order by credit / debit card. In this case simply click enter the value of e-coupons to spend as $0.00 in the space provided in the "Current Order Total" section of the page and click "continue" to complete your purchase.

You can also add an e-coupon to your e-wallet just before you purchase the items that you have in your shopping basket. When proceeding to our secure checkout as a registered shopper, you will firstly be asked to confirm the delivery address for the items, then to choose a dispatch method. After choosing the relevant delivery method you are given the opportunity to redeem any Awakening.org e-coupons that you may have.

To do this, click the "coupons to claim" button and enter your e-coupon code exactly as it appears, in the space provided. The e-coupon is then added to your e-wallet. This page also contains your current order total, and the value of e-coupons that are to be spent against the items in your shopping basket. This value is automatically the full price of your order or the full value of e-coupons in your e-wallet, whichever is the smaller. By clicking on "continue" you will be taken to the "Final Purchase Approval" page where you can complete your order.

To see the current balance of e-vouchers/e-coupons, click on "redeem e-coupons" on the homepage, then select "my e-wallet" and the value will be displayed in US dollars. e-coupons received from Awakening can only be redeemed on-line at www.Awakening.org. They cannot be redeemed at any of our retail locations or at any other Awakening web-site. All e-coupons from Awakening are in US dollars and cannot be redeemed for cash.
