Returns
Policy
Awakening will be happy to exchange or refund unopened
or proven defective product within 7 days of receipt
of your order.* Opened product will not be exchanged.
The original receipt must accompany all returns.

If any item in your order has a cracked jewel case,
contact our Customer Service Department by clicking
here. We will ship you a replacement jewel case at no
extra charge.
Unless we have made an error in order processing or
shipping, return shipping fees will apply. For your
convenience, shipping charges will be automatically
deducted from your refund or e-coupon.
Please note that we can process returns only for items
purchased from Awakening.
Awakening is not responsible for lost returned packages.
Awakening reserves the right to reject a return if any
of the above conditions are not met or in the case of
excessive returns.

Cancelling
Your Order
Your order can be cancelled at any time before your
order is in the shipping process by going to the Customer
Service page from the navigation bar at the top of any
screen.
To cancel your order, select Order Status at the top
of the "your account" page. From this page,
you will be able to view all of the orders that you
have placed with us. To cancel your order, click the
"remove button" next to your order number.
If there is not a "remove button" next to
your order; it has already entered the shipping process
and can no longer be cancelled
If you have submitted an order in error or changed your
mind after your order is in the shipping process, we
do accept returns. For more information about our return
policy, please see above.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange any unopened item, simply return
the item within 21 days of purchase (refer to the Returns
section) and place an order for the item that you want.
You will be charged for the shipping on your new purchase
unless the exchange is at the fault of Awakening.

Lost
or Damaged Products
If you receive any item that is damaged, you can contact our Customer Service
Department by emailing orders@awakening.org.
Include all the details and we will send you a replacement.
Once we have received the damaged product at our fulfillment
centre, we will credit your account for the full amount
of the return shipping charges.
If your item is lost during shipment, we will replace
it. In order to confirm that an order has been lost,
we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired
before replacing your product.
