Your final shipping charges will be determined by the delivery option you choose, the number of items in your order and your shipping address.

Please remember that all shipping times are dependent on product availability (see Availability section below.)




Shipping within United States & Canada

As a US customer, you will have the option to ship your order as it becomes available or hold your order until it is complete*. If you choose to ship the items in your order as they become available, you will be charged for the delivery of each package that is shipped. (This means that your total shipping charges may vary according to the availability of items in your order.)

* If your order is not complete after 30 days, we will ship the items that are available. You will not be charged for the delivery of any additional packages.

* these charges are applied to each package that is shipped to you. Customers who choose to hold their order until it is complete will only be charged for delivery once.

Please note that UPS orders cannot be shipped to a post office box.

Shipping Internationally

As an International customer, you have the following delivery options:

Please note that in the case of multiple items, Awakening may ship items as they become available. This means that your order may be shipped to you in a number of packages. Orders of this nature are not charged for the extra delivery, though you may notice that your shipping charges are split over the various packages.

Your order may also be held for several days as we wait for back ordered titles to become available. If you are in a rush to get some items, we encourage you to place a separate order for these titles.

Customs Duties

Awakening does not charge any customs duties on International shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Awakening.

While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order.

Awakening cannot be held responsible for International taxes or levies charged for your order.

Availability

The availability of items at Awakening.nu is indicated on the detail page of each item. This is only an estimate and NOT A GUARANTEE, but it is a good indicator of when you can expect your order to be shipped. Remember that your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped. Keep in mind that we only ship Monday to Friday.

Please note that in the case of multiple items, Awakening.nu may ship items as they become available. Consequently, your order may be shipped to you in a number of pieces. Orders of this nature are only charged ONCE for shipping, regardless of the number of separate shipments sent.


Below is a brief explanation of what you can expect:

USUALLY SHIPS WITHIN 24 HOURS:
This item is stocked on a regular basis and should be available for shipment immediately.

USUALLY SHIPS WITHIN 3 TO 5 DAYS:
This item has low inventory and may not be in stock when you place your order. We get stock on a daily basis from our warehouse so turn around time will be within a few days.

USUALLY SHIPS WITHIN 2 WEEKS:
This item has a low inventory and may not be in stock when you place your order. The turn around time from our warehouse is longer due to availability. As soon as we receive stock from our warehouse, we will ship your order. Includes "Credit Cards", "E-Gift Certificates / E-Coupons" and "Sales Tax" Information.
